1) All three courts of Kadi are moved to Mehsana!!!
In opposite response of all striking advocates of city, high court ordered to move all the judicial courts of kadi to district level-at Mehsana. All advocates are on strike since 28th of may, they're demanding for the senior division court. High court refuses their demand and moved all judicial and clerical work to mehsana. This will create chaos and more difficulties for people of kadi as they have to run Mehsana for criminal and civil cases and judicial work. It will result in waste of money and time of helpless people.
Moreover the president of Kadi bar association quoted that 'this will ruin the judiciary’, and he warned that they will stick on their strike.
2) IMA strike on june 25th.
Kadi medical association will join the strike by indian medical association on 25th of June. Strike is against the RH bill -2011 of central government.IMA believes that this bill is against the people and medical profession,it will cause nursing and medicure costly for people. Central government is being highhanded in this. Kadi medical association as well as laboratories and medical stores will also participate in strike and so all the hospitals will remain closed on 25th June.
